NO returns on bracelets. Final sale. Please contact me if there is an issue with the original art on the bracelet- send photos to copeleydesigns@gmail.com. I will work with you to fix the original art bezel or replace the art with no trouble (100% warranty on art beading)! I can NOT replicate the exact little bead, but can make a version new for your bracelet if lost (pictures required of missing art).
