Return and Exchange Policy:

My goal is to satisfy all my collectors and customers, and handle each sale with the utmost transparency and clarity as possible. Please take the time to read my listing descriptions carefully, and check colors on different screens if color variation is a concern. I photograph each piece of work to capture it’s most honest, and true-to-life color representation, but realize the colors may vary slightly in person.

All sales are final.  Exceptions include a FULL refund for broken frames or damaged art, if contacted within 1 week after arrival of purchase. You must send damaged photo to copeleydesigns@gmail.com, and return all items (including broken art, canvas, frames, or glass) to Copeley Designs Art. Copeley Designs is not responsible for extra shipping costs.

Do you take commissions?

I am currently accepting a limited number of commissioned projects in 2023, Commissioned paintings typically take 6-8 weeks for completion.  Please email copeleydesigns@gmail.com for a full pricing guide.

Will you copy a previous painting that already sold?

No, I've learned the hard way that trying to duplicate one of my previous paintings never works out perfectly.  It is impossible to get it exactly right for my client, and I want my client to be happy with their original work. However, I will consider a commissioned project using the same vibe/ color palette/ movement of a previous piece. It will NOT be an exact duplicate.

Can I visit your studio?
